WOW PARADE TIME ALREADY

Place: Lake Wales, Florida

Time: We will meet at 4pm to get all the horses ready. All horses will be in uniform (the same). I have some decorations and will be getting a whole lot more. We will have light up garland for all the horses breast collars and bridals. This is a night time parade so we need to have the horses with lights. If you see battery operated lights at your local Dollar Tree Store please contact me so I can go get them.

We will only have 15 spots and there is a $5.00 entry charge per person which goes to paying parade fee and buying feed for the Rescued Horses.

Please contact us and reserve your spot as soon as possible. Your entry fee must be paid by December 1st 2011 to ride in Parade.

A Police escort by the City of Lake Wales Police Dept from the end of Parade back to our original starting point has already been setup like last year.

This Parade is Televised so being on Horses and being a Rescue we should get some kind of coverage so we want to look our best.

Pony Parties we actually use our kid safe Rescued Horses and the money raised goes to paying Vet bills, buy the Rescues Hay and Feed.
Cost:
$60.00 an hour for 2 horses minimum of 2 hours for the first 20 miles no charge $2.00 a mile there after

Party Renters must pay a deposit of half of the amount of bill 10 days prior to the Party Date. If paying by check please make sure checks are recieved 15 days before party. So there is time for them to clear. We except PayPal, checks or cash.

PRIVATE HORSE TRAILERING:
30.00 hook up fee this is to cover my travel expenses to and from my place to yours. Then it is $2.00 per mile from you place to destination. I have a 2-horse Thorobred size ramp load bumper pull. I will pull one or two horses for the same price. I will also trailer to horse shows but I charge two ways for shows one is I get the prices above plus $5.00 an hour while await during the show or you can pay the above fees plus travel fees back and forth to show.

We try to raise money for the Rescues and keep it to where you can afford it. Our Camps are great for the whole family.

At our Rescue Arena in Lake Wales

Riding Camps will consist of learning some ground work on lunging, leading and haltering as well as basic riding skills. There will be times I will have my ferrier, vet doing work for our little campers to watch.

Cost of our 1-Day Camps are as follows:

$20.00 for first family member $15.00 for second family member third family member $10.00 after that they are free.

If you plan on attending any of the Camps you must rsvp and pay in full 1 week before the camp of your choice.

We will be setting up another camp date sometime at the end of Jan. 2012

We will be Camping at Walk N Water State Park in Lake Wales.

WOW WHAT FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

Meals will consist of:

Breakfast at 9am:

Sat. Bacon, hash brown potatoes and Eggs with juice

Sun. sausage and egg omelettes with juice

Mon. assortment of cerals with juice

Lunch at 1pm:

Sat. Ham sandwiches, chips and soda or water

Sun. Burgers on the grill, chips, and soda or water

Mon.Turkey sandwices, chips and soda or water

Dinner at 6:

Fri. Hot Dogs baked beans, chips and soda or water

Sat.Steak with baked beans and fried garlic potatoes and of course soda or water

Sun. pork chops, macroni salad, chips and soda or water

Drinks that we will provid during meals are:
Cola, Root beer, Lemon lime or Orange and bottled water

You are responsible for bringing your own tents, horse (unless you are leasing a rescue), sleeping bags and any items you may need. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BRING PLENTY OF WATER AND DRINKS. DRINKS WILL ONLY BE PROVIDED DURING MEALS FOR EVERYONE. The Rescue will bring the meals, rented rescues as well as rent the camp sites. You are also to clean up your area daily and before leaving on your check out date.

This is primitive (in the woods like the old west) Camping.

You will need lead ropes or lunge lines to tie your horse or make corrals for them.

You are not allow to use nails in trees or anything like that. This is a Florida Park and you are not allowed to do any damage to tree or ground.

Cost:

It is $10.00 per person per day for camping riding and meals. Where can you go for 30.00 have fun and eat with your horse? Thats right camping with Hidden Creek Farms Animal Rescue.

If you are just riding for the day it is $8.00 per day per person with lunch included.

If you don't have a horse and would like to rent a Rescue we have a few but we will need to know right away so that we may fit you with the right horse. Rented Rescues are first come first serve bases. You must pay in full for the rented Rescue and Camp for your Rescue to be held for you. Rescues are $30.00 per day for the camping and meals if you just want to go on a day ride to rent a Rescue it is 40.00 for the day. Due to we will have to trailer horse to and from Rescue. But were can u rent a horse for the day for $30.00 or $40.00?

Baby is exactly that a baby

She is good with a lot of things and still needs work with thing like lifting feet and brushing them

Our Raffle on Medicine Hat Paint called Baby winner will be announced on site.

RULES:

1. An adult Guardian must be present if you are under 18yrs old to verify it is ok for you to buy the ticket as well as the adult agrees they will be responsible for the care of Baby.

2. We will have a back ground check on winner to make sure they have no neglect charges in their past.

3. Property where winner will keep Baby will be checked to make sure it is safe enough and that she will have shelter and water. And that she will be happy at her new home.

4. If it is found that winner is unable to properly care for Baby a new winner will be drawn until one is found.

5. If for some reason that winner/owner can no longer take care of Baby. She is to be turned back over to Hidden Creek Farms Animal Rescue.

* In other words * Baby is not to be sold after winning her she is to stay in the care of winner unless turned back over to the Rescue.

6. Hidden Creek Farms Animal Rescue has the right to come and check on her at any time to make sure she is well fed, watered, and cared for. If it is found she is not being cared for the Rescue has the right to pull her from the winner/owners home immediately without any legal problems.

7. There will be legal Documentation to be signed and dated by winner stating he/she has read and understands all of the above rules

We will have animals up for adoption as well as be collecting donations to help pay for the rescued dogs, cats, horses feed bill.

To Adopt you must donate a certian amount for a certian type of animal.

The adoptions we will have for you to view at Tractor Supply is:

Donations of any kind rather it be one dollar or 100 dollars it is always greatly appreciated. We will also take donations of dog. Cat, pig, horse, rabbit, ferrite feed, hay. and fencing/barn supplies.
